Terms & Conditions — kera89

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this Agreement:

By completing the registration process on kera89 and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood the full text of this Agreement;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3;
• You agree to comply with these terms and all applicable rules published on the Platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited.

Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement (see Clause 14) constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

To be eligible to open and maintain a kera89 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
2. You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where accessing online betting platforms is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law;
3. You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person employed by kera89 or any of its affiliated entities;
4. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform under the responsible gaming or prohibited conduct provisions of this Agreement;
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence;
6. You must not be acting on behalf of, or funding the account of, any third party.

kera89 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.

Each Player may hold one Account only on kera89. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held across those accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification);
• Date of birth;
• Valid Indonesian residential address;
• Active mobile phone number (used for account verification and security alerts);
• Valid email address (used for account communications and withdrawal confirmations);
• Preferred payment method details (bank account or e-wallet registered in your name).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details. If any information changes, you must update your Account profile promptly. kera89 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain current and accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. kera89 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorized access without delay.

kera89 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed above the stated threshold, and may be requested at any time at kera89's sole discretion.

Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian national identity card (KTP), valid passport, or government-issued photo ID card;
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and Indonesian residential address;
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or photograph of the bank account, e-wallet, or card used for deposits, clearly displaying your name and the last four digits of the account number.

All documents must be submitted as clear, unaltered digital images or scans. kera89 reserves the right to request additional documentation and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Submission of fraudulent, altered, or third-party documents is a serious violation of this Agreement and will result in permanent account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

All transactions on kera89 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

6.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja;
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000;
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt;
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• kera89 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000;
• Withdrawals are processed to verified bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the Account holder's name only;
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under five minutes during normal banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for processing at the next available window;
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal request is approved;
• kera89 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds. This may extend processing time by up to 24 hours in exceptional cases;
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Clause 7.

kera89 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only and may not be combined unless explicitly stated;
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the multiple of the bonus (and in some cases the deposit) that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable as real-money funds;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the promotion. Bonus funds that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements after this window expires are forfeited automatically;
• Certain game types (e.g., live casino table games, low-margin sports bets) may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published on each promotion's dedicated page;
• kera89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible;
• Systematic exploitation of bonus structures, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, matched-betting using promotional funds, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and potential permanent account closure.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on kera89. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within each respective betting market on the Platform and form part of this Agreement by reference.

• A Wager is final and binding once confirmed on the Platform. kera89 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets unless an obvious technical error or palpable mis-pricing is identified by kera89 at its sole discretion;
• Odds are displayed and locked at the time a Wager is placed. In-play odds fluctuate in real time; the odds accepted at the moment of bet confirmation govern;
• kera89 reserves the right to void any Wager in the event of a technical error, data feed failure, or other event that renders the quoted odds materially incorrect. Voided wagers are refunded to the Account Balance in full;
• Maximum payout limits per event or per market type may apply and are displayed within the relevant betting interface;
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one selection within the accumulator is voided, that leg is removed and the accumulator settles on the remaining selections;
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, official draw results from the stated reference source govern settlement. Results are final once published by kera89 following the official draw;
• For esports markets (Mobile Legends MPL ID, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile), settlement follows the official match result published by the organizing body. Walkovers, forfeits, and disputed results are handled according to the specific rules published for each esports category.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kera89 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance and Winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such errors to kera89 promptly;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human oversight;
• Colluding with other players or with Platform staff to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other Players;
• Engaging in verbal abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior toward kera89 staff or other Platform users;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity of any kind.

kera89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered members free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your Account;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period, after which further wagering is suspended for that period;
• Session Time Limits: Configure a maximum session duration, after which you are automatically logged out;
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying your current session duration and net win/loss position;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 30 days, up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for the purposes of personal, non-commercial online betting as contemplated by this Agreement. This license does not permit:

• Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, or commercially exploiting any portion of the Platform;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform;
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on another website or application without prior written consent from kera89.

All third-party game content displayed on the Platform (including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is used under license by kera89.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kera89, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon, including interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or force majeure events;
• Losses caused by delayed, corrupted, or inaccurate data feeds from third-party sports data providers;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, kera89's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net real-money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

kera89 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with AML obligations, and provide customer support;
• Data is stored on secure, SSL-encrypted servers. We do not sell or rent personal data to unauthorized third parties;
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations;

kera89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, kera89 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page;
• Display an in-platform notification to active members summarizing the key changes;
• Where the changes are significant, provide a reasonable notice period (typically not less than seven days) before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request withdrawal of any remaining Balance before the amendment takes effect.

This Agreement and any dispute arising from or connected to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law, as applied by the jurisdiction under which kera89 holds its operating license.

In the event of a dispute between you and kera89:

1. Informal Resolution: You must first contact kera89 customer support in writing and allow a period of not less than 14 days for the dispute to be resolved informally. The majority of account-related disputes are resolved at this stage;
2. Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved informally within 14 days, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected], addressed to the Compliance Department. kera89 will respond in writing within 28 days;
3. Arbitration: If the formal complaint process does not produce a resolution acceptable to both parties, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the licensing jurisdiction. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where immediate action is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
